I love this place because the front desk is like best offensive I seen in years ,my experience there has been one of a .kind. This front desk is helpful, courteous and professional..the willingness to help is amazing on Sunday...
Staff were great and made check in and out quick and easy. Woukd definitely stay here again.
bad service housekeeping didnt come to the rooms.they had me paying extra amouts of money and they came in my room with no permission. room was dirty and my sheets had ash stains nd blood the ac was loud and leaking. the management was terrible they don’t acknowledge your request they lied and said we had multiple people in the room and they didn’t give me back my deposit DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
I checked in for a few days to work while they are doing repairs on my home, everyone has been WONDERFUL. There was a minor issue with construction being done to the roof of the hotel (not the staffs fault in any way) and I needed to move rooms in order to work, within 5 minutes they were at the door with a new room key away from the noise of reconstruction.
