I'm in a wheelchair and the hotel claims to be accessible. However we were placed on the 3rd floor, which is fine, but there is only 1 elevator and it was out of service for half of our stay. So I had to pull myself up the stairs and my wife carried up my wheelchair. Same thing in reverse the next morning. So calling it accessible was a stretch for me. On the positive side, the hotel gave me a decent reimbursement for our troubles.
Great hotel, not in the thick of it but close enough to walk everywhere. CLEAN, FRESH room. Great breakfast
One of the best Wyndham in Sidney. The facility is clean, the food is enough for breakfast. They serve a lot of bacon and eggs. ☺️ And the staffs are accommodating whenever you need something. Although, it's a drive to downtown Victoria, it's a perfect place if you are taking the ferry back to lower mainland. Consider booking this hotel in your next holiday.
Right off the highway is great. Lots of goods and such right on the property. Staff were very efficient. The rooms struggled to charge my devices. As in they didn't have USB plug ins. Not a deal breaker. I'd stay here again though.
