The overall condition of the motel, from the lobby to the guest rooms, was deeply concerning. The room we booked was infested with bedbugs, had dried blood on the sheets, cigarettes burns and featured duct tape scattered across the floor, not to mention a significant amount of trash at the entrance. The atmosphere suggested that the establishment catered primarily to individuals struggling with addiction, and I mean no offense by this observation. It's really rough when a day's inn has to put fake photos of a good days inn. The lobby does not exist because the owners have it locked. You have to be buzzed in like a liquor store in a bad neighborhood. The main building where the rooms are the outside door lock is broken. So anyone can come in, not that anybody would. If you mention any of this to the owner she states that there are no refunds and she doesn't care if you come back. If you ever want to live in a rat infested/ lowest quality hotel ever, this would be the place. Very sketchy, everything outdated, flooring is ripped out. I can’t believe I ever booked this place.
The motel needs to be shut down. There are bed bugs all over the place, the rooms often don't have functioning bathrooms and sinks, and the rat problem is ignored. The floor boards are all loose, and they don't seem to care about maintenance. I know the state treats them differently because they volunteer their rooms for charitable purposes, but it's cruel to homeless people to offer them those rooms. There are far nicer budget motels about half an hour away.
