We stayed here on a family trip with some friends a couple weeks ago. We got there and received our rooms. Our friends went into their room and checked for cleanliness. There was hair in the tub and in the beds. The towels were filthy. They asked to be switched rooms and they were told that they were booked up and had no extras. They finally swapped them rooms and the next one was better. We checked into our room and hair was in the bathroom but that was it. I find it rude how the hotel manager stared at me. He went out from back office while I am on my way to open our hotel door. Breakfast area is too small or too tight and not great breakfast option too.

stayed here for two nights a couple weeks ago and the first room we were given was not clean, as if the previous guests had just checked out moments before. we were also woken up in the middle of the night to people trying to come into our room on multiple occasions. we had the do not disturb sign on the door at all times and yet they still tried to come in. one morning very early, housekeeping tried to come in while we were asleep, luckily we had the chain over the lock otherwise they would’ve come in. the pool was also und... read more

The room was clean. Noisy air conditioner but it kept the room cool. While dated, everything eas clean and worked. We had a fridge, microwave, and air conditioner.

Well, First night no shampoo and creme rinse while in the shower had to go and ask. No matress pad and gave it to me after I went and asked . Put it on top of the bed for then to put it on when they cleaned up. Had to put it on myself after they came in and cleaned the room it was thrown up on the desk. Hope there was no bed bugs as it wasnt on the first night and a gpod preventive. Tv didn't work properly and ac shut off a few times. Tripped it as it was filled on the ac screen and dirt and built-up . Had to ask for toliet ... read more
