Staff was friendly. Room was very spacious but very dark. Seemed clean at first, but noticed the floors were extremely dirty. Bring extra shoes or socks for inside. Easy to get to & from silver star, or Kal park. Breakfast was fine, just toast and cereal. Bed and pillows were super comfortable and super quiet at night!
DISGUSTING! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Rooms are extremely gross, there were stains & hair on the beds. I asked to be transferred to another room & all 3 rooms I was shown were all disgusting!
Absolutely disappointed with cleanliness dirt in the drawers dust on lamps. I booked 6 weeks in advance to arrive to poo on toilet seat, spit in the sink the phone broken in room, the pool was not working, there is no hot tub. We were moved from a king to a queen. 10 pm they are working in pool area super noisy.I do not believe any of these positive comments they are all full of crap.
