ZERO stars. Musty moldy smell hits you when you walk in the door. Got to the room and the smell of mold gave us headaches within 10 minutes. When opening the window found black mold on the wall. Went to desk in 15 minutes to ask for a refund and Lady at the desk would not. Corporate policy. Left without a refund. Our health is worth more to us than money. I have a service dog for medical reasons. The old white lady at the front put us in a pet room that smelled like urine as soon as you open the door ! So we ask for a non pet room and she was very rude and said they don’t have to allow service animals in non pet rooms. I told her it was illegal not to and she said “I’m not going to arguing with you !”
Pool closed for renovations….. the room was being used for storage
