We were greeted by a smell of urine as we walked through the lobby. We had an issue with our booking which we managed to resolve not costing us further money than the already £240 GBP per night not to the delight of the reception staff. The whole hotel needs refurbishing majorly... hair in our clean bed and the smell of piss greeted us again in our room. Expected better, wish we never bothered

Rooms are in bad shape including corridor, broken many places, wall paper peeling off, just not worth breakfast is a joke as not proper variety, staff does not have nice behavior, rude talking, hotel frontage is small and they expect guest to go 6 mtr away from the door so how customer can smoke in front of other buildings, nor worth the price they ask. I will never book again and will request to avoid this hotel.

Escolhi este hotel para ficar 4 noites devido a estar perto do porto de cruzeiros, preço super em conta com pequeno almoço incluído, quarto triplo separado com porta foi mais valia, limpo, vê-se que é um Hotel já com uns anos, mais pelo valor não encontrei melhor e satisfazeram as minhas necessidades, que era tomar banho e descansar, pequeno almoço continental normal, pessoal simpático, a única coisa é nas horas de ponta o elevador, como somente tem um, demora às vezes um tempo a conseguir vaga, mais nada que o vaia enervar.... read more
