If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. We just recently stayed at another Days Inn in memphis and it was one problem after another. I love the Trumann, AR Days Inn! This is our 3rd time here. Usually we bring our pet and get a room allowing pets. It had a tabletter. This most recent stay, we didn't have our dog with us and this king tool had no table. It's no big deal. Our hotel was SO clean and the bed had 5 pillows! The bathroom had 3 normal sized towels. We had 4 coffee cups, 2 normal coffees, and nothing was broke... read more
The motel is operated by rude and uncaring management. If anything is wrong with your stay they will not care and insist that the problem somehow is your fault. I will never return to this establishment! The shower faucet would not move at all and the tub would not hold water. When I told them instead of listening I was repeatedly told, "It work, I show you, it work." They do not care about delievering a quality stay.
