Room was kind of drab. No in room coffee makers. No continental breakfast. No restaurant. Ice machine did not work. Looks like they’re in the middle of trying to update..

THEY DOUBLE CHARGED US. They checked us in for another reservation and then told us we didn’t have one and to rebook it, we did so and they told us they would reimburse us but NEVER DID! It was their fault for checking us in under the wrong reservation. The Indian women at the front desk is RUDE, she’s DISMISSIVE AND straight forward admitted she doubled charged us and won’t do anything about it. MANAGEMENT 1st RECEIPT SHOWS WE PAID IN CASH AND WE DIDN’T. She might be taking the money for it. WORST REPRESENTATIVE EVER.

This place is a joke. No Air Conditioning in lobby. No breakfast provided as advertised in Hotel Description. Was told “no breakfast” after I had checked in. Lady at front desk was rude and when I asked for a refund she made me jump thru hoops by calling Wyndham who said they can’t help. So frankly, this Days Inn and Wyndham are a joke!
