Horrible!!! Front desk guy/manager is extremely rude. Threatening me and my husband. Told my husband to go back to jamacia just because he has locs. Checked us in even though we asked for a refund and told us we aren't getting one. Then threatened to call the cops. We called the cops instead to report him!! DO NOT STAY HERE!
When we arrived the room was really bad and dirty. I had not realized that I had called a booking agency “reservation desk “ or I would have never went through with the booking we were in a hurry to find something idk what I was thinking but anyways after seeing what shape the room was in we of course did not want to stay there we found availability at nicer hotel an they let us know that it was a local crack hotel. This place was smelly and dirty and needs a mayor upgrade … or just torn down. Looks like any repairs are done with whatever they have on hand at the time. Lamp didn’t work. Faucets either didn’t work or we just try to figure out how to turn them on. Mini fridge had no shelves in it. If it hadn’t been for the bad storms and being tired we would have never stopped there.
