Service was great, pulled up my rating, no weights in gym, no water in room, or I’m the vending machine either, breakfast was 1 sausage, 1 strip of bacon and toast
I stayed at hotel 11 Sept and checked out 12Sept, and overall, my experience was fine, but I want to share something that made me feel very uncomfortable. When I checked out early in the morning, the staff member at the front desk kept staring at me in a way that felt unsettling, almost like I had done something wrong by being there. Great budget lodging option. Clean rooms, comfy beds, excellentbreakfast. Staff is very nice and helpful. Urvashi stood out. She provided excellent service and made us feel welcome.
Great service from White Spot restaurant staff, specially Aman and Sandra. Urvashi & smart front desk guy were quite helpful.
