Stayed here recently. My check-in experience was uncomfortable: the front-desk agent rolled her eyes, stared at me while I completed payment, and whispered to a colleague during the transaction. No explanation was offered, which came across as impatient and unwelcoming. Clear communication and a more professional demeanor at check-in would improve the guest experience.
I was there with my daughter for a hockey tournament, she had to stay with her team and she found bed bugs and then had to sleep bunk in with another group as they didn't have any rooms to offer her for the night. This hotel needs some major TLC and even a complete tear down. My room was decent but definitely not for the price I paid. If you're considering this hotel, look elsewhere.
Older well kept hotel and rooms. The staff are very helpful and kind. We enjoy going to this hotel once a year. The breakfast is better than most hotels. Nice seating area by the pool.
Second floor is not accessible, but they will sell you a se one floor room during reservations.
