A flat tire on our trailer forced us to stay unexpectedly in Swift Current overnight. Having stayed at a deluxe Hotel in Winnipeg for a week, I was feeling spoiled and princess like and did not relish the idea of staying in a inexpensive hotel. Lovely place to stay. Great amenities and fairly quiet. Hot tub, pool, fitness room and free breakfast 😋
Booked in and showed up and we were placed by pool, not bad sit but with 3 hockey teams of little guys it was loud (not complaining, kids should have fun, I’m old and crusty). Called front desk and they immediately got us a different room. Great accommodating staff!!
They only had a smoking room left and even thought I smoke, it was really heavy with the smell of old cigarettes and it was located in an annex that looked really run down. The worst part was the location because you get freeway noise all night. To top it off ,it was one of the pricier places I've stayed at. Rundown, stinky and bad location
