We were put in room 147, nothing wrong with it, other than the tv did not work at all. We called asked for her to come look at the tv, she asked that my husband fixed it? After a while the lady just told us we would be in room 257, but give her about 15 minutes to clean it up for us. She also requested that we clean up the room to how we found it & made a nasty face! A bit TLC but ok
Where do I start. Well, I got to the hotel to 7-18-25 check in and the person behind the counter was RUDE!!!! I went to the room and it smelled like smoke, I smoke but not in the room. I saw bugs, No hot water, NO tv, and NO WiFi!!!! I get up in the morning and go to the office (different person) to get something done about my room and hot water and I was told the manager will be in after 8:00am. I said ok I’ll be back.
