Okay, people brace yourself. I'm on my soapbox. So I went to my granddaughter's dance competition in sturbridge, massachusetts. Reserved a room online seemed like a pretty decent room around seventy five bucks. Based upon the pictures I thought, well, it's kind of small but it looks clean. My mistake I did not read the reviews that others had written . Really and truly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. It's absolutely just somewhere truckers go to crash, but they might as well be posting "hourly rates" with the state of the place. There was allegedly a continental breakfast but I don't consider a couple pieces of fruit and pre wrapped gross food to be breakfast material. Dead bugs on floor, in drawers beside the bed and on bathroom floor. TV had a Crack on the screen, bathroom sink about 8inch crack from drain goes up the side. Used to be a great place. Now rooms run down and poor service
Spent a few days at this hotel and was it was definitely an experience, the management is very rude!! We had a horrible experience with a broken pipe bursting in the lobby one of the nights that we stayed we were not accommodated for the inconvenience, had no clean water in the entire hotel Couldn’t get any clean towel unless u brought ur used ones down and did so before the 3pm.
