Very polite service, crazy clean room, nice bathroom. The only problem was that around 9:00 am someone was banging on the door asking to borrow a cellphone. Sounded like someone from the street. We didn't open the curtain or the door as we were trying to get some sleep

Easily the worst stay of my life. The price of the room increased mid-booking (on their website, not a third party). The A/C unit in the room was deafening, mildew and discoloration on surfaces did not inspire confidence in the cleanliness of this room. Both bath towels and one hand towel were dirty and stained, and there were loose hairs on every layer and every piece of bedding.
