I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk, especially with Taylor. Instead of being professional and helpful, Taylor was rude, dismissive, and acted as if my questions were an inconvenience. It felt like I was bothering them just by checking in. A front desk should give guests a warm welcome, but Taylor made the entire process uncomfortable. Definitely not the type of service I expected.
I been staying at days inn for a long time up north. I decided to stay here just for a night before I drive back up north. The lady in the front desk was really nice and helpful. The room seemed nice as I entered. After a minute or 2 I saw a roach in my bag then an other one on the table then one on the bed board. I wanted to just leave but I only needed room for that night so I stuck it out. But with all the reviews about the roaches I should’ve listened.
UPDATE : THIS PLACE IS PRICELESS..... THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS DUMPY ROOM BECAUSE THEY SAID I STAYED OVERNIGHT..... I AM A TRUCK DRIVER I CAN'T JUST GET IN MY TRUCK AND DRIVE WHENEVER I WANT WE OPERATE ON ELECTRONIC LOGS AND I DIDN'T HAVE ANY HOURS I WAS STUCK IN THEIR COCKROACH INFESTED ROOM.... THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CLEAN UP THE DEAD ROACHES BEFORE I GOT THERE ONE IN THE REFRIGERATOR ONE BEHIND THE BED..... Was a great remodel..and management was very helpful!
I've been booking rooms with Wyndham for awhile now and I would like to say the room I got this time was very clean and not one roach, which was good, but overall the stay was very relaxing and quiet. Will definitely go back
