As a retired Air Force veteran, I have stayed in countless motels and hotels across various locations, both during and after my career. Unfortunately, this particular stay was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever faced. Had alternative accommodation been available nearby, my family and I would have packed our belongings and left our two rooms without hesitation. Absolutely disappointed with our stay for the price! The cleanliness as a hotel and constant cleans pretty much daily could definitely be 100% better. Not to mention I got out the shower to roaches crawling by my bags so I then had to put them in my vehicle. Figured I’d just kill them, whatever. Woke up this morning with my family and as my daughter is sleeping still, there was a huge roach on her pillow. WOW! I will say I learned real quick to read reviews as I expected better for the price! Do better days inn!
This place is the place needs to be reported to the disability agency. They specifically told my aunt that she would have a downstairs room when she booked. She even came to the facility and was shown the room she would get that was downstairs. When she came to check in they did not have a room to accommodate her and told her she had to take the room they had for her or cancel and get charged a 200$ fee. They did not even try to live.
