The hotel kicked me and my kids out just for kids being kids you should go to red roof right across the street from them they are nice and friendly unlike this hotel I hope the get shut down
We booked one night, I booked handicap room, was told when we arrived we had booked a room with king bed on second floor not handicap, I showed them my confirmation that it said must have handicap on lower floor. Manager had attitude about changing my room, they had gave us one court side to the pool area . I needed a room where we could park our vehicle outside our room so I didn't have to walk that distance. I have mobility issues this isxwhy I book handicap rooms. Close to the highway and food. Very nice room with close proximity to the laundry room which was well maintained. 2 lights were missing bulbs and I meant to go to the desk and ask for them but totally forgot. Friendly staff at the desk made check in & out easy
