The worst day of my life happened the day before my birthday, when I decided to stay at this hotel. The moment I opened the room door, a cockroach flew straight toward my face. Then, when I went into the bathroom to gather my things, I found a second cockroach inside the toilet. Michael in the laundry Department needs more than five stars! Michael really helps out and truly is a blessing to this company. In life, we overlook the people in the lowest positions but they are the ones who work the hardest. Michael was not my initial trainer but he did train me correctly in the end of the shift, he is knowledgeable and he does a wonderful job!
