I was asking the manager about the beds he said they were all Serta's. They chose the 👉Rock Hard Model👉. Same with the chair. Maybe it's a Serta chair too. The rest of the room is okay.
I have frequently stayed here over the past 15 years. It is the best value for my budget and ALWAYS the cleanest, friendliest hotel I've stayed at, in the area. I've tried a couple of other hotels over the years -- always to my regret; but, I always re-learn my lesson and move over HERE instead! I especially value a clean, comfortable room, and friendly staff who care. This is the place to stay!
I had the best customer service experience. Both Sam and Sunny at the front desk were professional and courteous. They should be commended for their service to guest of the hotel. 10/10!
