Stingy is the word I would use. The room didn't have conditioner or hand cream. The breakfast didn't have eggs, no decaffeinated coffee or tea. No yogurt, or sugar free syrup for the waffles. If you're a guest with diabetes or high blood pressure, you're out of luck. The oatmeal selection only had ones with a high sugar content, no original flavor. The fruits were exhausted and not replenished. They didn't even supply a pitcher of drinking water.
Hotel is decent, management is good. Room was clean. I need you to consider customer service and hospitality at this hotel. I have never, ever been treated the way I was on my final day. I asked the night before for a late checkout. Agreed time was noon. I had a horrible man come to my door at 12:20 on day of checkout, yelling at me while using the restroom about how I need to get out or he would charge my card for another day. We checked in and our first room was filthy- stains on bedding, and strange smell in room. After literally having to show the staff the issues because she apparently didn't believe us we were given another room that was even worse. There were various black and red spots and debris on sheets, hair under the blankets, and more stained bedding. Various stains on carpet and walls.
