stayed here for a couple of nights and were absolutely delighted! The Days Inn in Springville is a fantastic value for money. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the check-in process was a breeze. Rooms are clean BUT THE CUSTOMER SEEVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! We were racially profiled and shamed I paid my reservation in advance and when I got here I was met with so much hate my husband is African American. Cool I let it go. Get to my room I called one time cause the tv wasn’t working and then they came to my door to knock and say that my daughter had called 4 times and they would kick me out if it happened again??? WHAT???? Is that policy?
