Front desk was super rude. Entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. Found burn marks in blankets. Shower was dirty. Breakfast was very limited and area was dirty. I will not stay here again.
I wanted to puke when i saw what was in the suit room gross🤮. Other than that the desk people are friendly, the 3rd shift deserves a raise for the stuff he has to put up with..
I would give no stars it if would let me. ROACHES! big ones. We stopped in the middle of the night because our children were not resting and upset. The hallway was gross and smelled like weed. We were disgusted but the kids were exhausted so we hoped the room was better. We got into the room, changed diapers, when I went to close the blackout curtains roaches ran on the curtains.
