No human touch, KIOSK at check-in with a hard to hear interface. The room had not been vacuumed before arrival so 10-12 dead crickets around floor. We did not go barefoot, felt unclean. Rowdy guests till after midnight and there is no one on property to assist. Just a KIOSK .
Gross!! Would not recommend, even for a pit stop on a road trip. They did, however, honor the price I found online! After they tried to charge me a higher price.

You rather had a person at the office than dealing with a person in a box that was where ever. Room was very. Lighting outside was great. Breakfast just ok since no one there either.
