I am not the type of person that needs a luxury hotel in any way, but I do need clean. This hotel got a one because I couldn’t leave a zero. I was horrified. There was hair on the sink counter, I don’t think they ever cleaned behind the door, the carpet in the hallways were repulsive, and the picture on the wall had liquid stains. I'm a Diamond rewards member and always enjoy my stays there. The staff is so personable and pleasent with efficient and easy check in process.
Old, dingy, terrible customer service. Cheap and easy to see why. Beds were hard as a rock. Reserved a king room through their website. Got there an hour later and they didnt have any of those available.
