Pool was down for maintenance- all other amenities were very good.
This hotel was very clean and well run. Desk staff, Sai was very helpful especially since we were a group of 50+ grumpy old people, that had been on the bus all day. Had some problems with some of the vending machines, but that was on the companies that service them, but Sai was very helpful with refunds. Rooms were comfortable and even had luggage stands which a lot of hotels don't have, which causes me to never stay there again. Breakfast was super. The room was mostly clean. The garbage had not been emptied. The chair is absolutely disgusting!!!! The pool and hot tub says closed for maintenance. Not sure it has been used in a while.
Customer service was exceptional, check-in was a breeze as well as check out. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices. Room was clean and comfortable.
