Room had dust on clothes hanging bar. The sink counter was sticky and the laminate was separating at the front edge.
BEWARE BREAKFAST IS A SCAM! They will serve you prepackaged pastries and maybe bananas but otherwise do not expect anything for breakfast. The rooms were clean, but our room had a problem with the toilet the whole time we were there. Only pro is that it is close to a taco bell.

The room we got was 2nd floor corner and very roomy and nice natural light. It was quiet and away from street noise Parking was safe and well lit This location is on 99. 99 is rough but the surrounding neighborhoods are safe and nice. The price was excellent
This is a great budget motel. The staff was very friendly and professional.
