A letter to the manager I am extremely angry with how your personnel handled my issue. On March 21st, I came from outside at 7:00 p.m. and saw a huge area of water under my baggage. I immediately told the staff person who was present that night. He arrived, holding his phone, standing and searching for the dripping water, saying, "I see it, but I couldn't see the dripping point."
