Checked all the boxes for us. Coffee in room, fridge, luggage rack, 24 hour reception, great free breakfast (waffles are awesome). About a 30 min drive from DT.
After a really long day that had gone wrong with another hotel, the guy working the desk helped so much. He treated us with compassion and respect. Very appreciative of his kindness. Room is clean and comfortable.

Terrible customer service at this hotel. I was unable to make it to my reservation because of a blown tire to my rental car on the way there. The hotel said they would not issue me a refund regardless of the circumstances. Thanks for charging me to not stay at your hotel instead of showing any kind of human emotion besides indifference.
