First off, we walk into the room and the light switches do not work. This is extremely concerning. Finally worked about five minutes later after struggling in the dark. We find baby roaches all over our room and even bedbugs. If I was not already fed up with this cleanliness of the hotel i go downstairs to get a refund and see A rat is running around the hallway. Immediately I was given a refund, and he said that they were aware of the roach infestation and rats. Would never stay here again. Tons of issues.

*EDIT* to my original review because the owner is accusing me of lying when my review had 8 photos of their grotesque hotel as proof attached to it. My reservation was under my step mom’s name who wasted her points to book this place. Addressing concerns should have happened the night of my stay when I found fleas in my rooms, but the front desk just apologized and switched my rooms…twice - almost as if they had been made aware of these issues already. DO NOT STAY HERE. I would give zero stars if I could. The entire hotel smells AWFUL. Non smoking rooms reek of a bad combination of mold and cigarettes. The pool is super tiny and not clean; nothing like it looks in the photo. Room did not have a mini fridge, had lots of hair in the bathroom. There are two maybe three employees in the entire hotel whom were not helpful when we asked for a refund. Stay anywhere but here.

Absolutely disgusting mice running around rooms roaches and animal feces on the floor in the lobby.only decent thing is the pool.
