First off, when we arrived we could not get into our room. We had the key cards redone 4 times, come to find out the batteries were bad. Second, they moved us from a King room to a double room with no extra outlets fir medical devices that we use at night. On the 3rd try we finally were but into another King room. Great. Every time you opened the door to the room it smelled like someone had just smoked in a non smoking room. We were there fron 6/26 to 7/6. I been to so many hotels but this one was so good and clean environment will stay there anytime thank you for the staff

The overall experience was acceptable but not recommended. We've noticed coakroaches in the bathroom and when I checked the matress it felt like it had some blood stains on it, probably dead insects. Also there was no lights, only bathroom's and small lights could work. And when we came in the smell was horrendous. The staff is very nice though that's why I put 2 stars overall. If you happen to stay only for a night and don't got anything else, why not, but only for a night

I'd like to start by saying the customer service at this hotel was exceptional! The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I also appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The surrounding area offered a wide range of activities and attractions." However, I encountered some cleanliness issues, including the presence of mice. This was concerning, and I think the hotel needs to prioritize pest control and thorough cleaning.
