Bed bugs and Roaches, need I say more? Checked out within a couple of hours as soon as we saw the roach then bed bugs. The room was so humid even with the AC on.
2026-01-26: I booked to stay for six nights. I did not like using a kiosk to register, even though it went smoothly. I stayed in Room 120. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. Room service came in the first couple of days, then I hung the "Do not disturb" sign for the rest of the stay
We arrived and walked into the first bedroom and immediately saw ants on the center night stand. The bathroom door was unable to shut or lock. Overall the room was very dirty and dusty. We transferred rooms, when we walked into the second room there was a cockroach sitting on the bed. There was no receptionist at the front desk. The service was digital on a screen through a live chat. I would not recommend staying here.
