Anthony was a huge help! 10/10
Two major complaints. 1) No one at check in desk. I was required to use a video monitor to talk to what appeared to an overseas call center. This includes them requiring me to scan my license to someone I did not know over a connection I was unsure of encryption. 2) "Hot breakfast" Their term. This consisted of very small muffins (appx 1 inch diameter) No bananas no yogurt no juices. No hot food accept for a waffle heater. For $160 a night not acceptable.
I like to have a human interaction at the front desk, not a robot. I would give more stars if there were actually people to talk to and do the check-in. Never stay here again! But at least it's only 1 night and moving on
