Staff it's very nice, hotel had broken bed cover and when i entered the room 2 or 3 littles roaches went below the ac unit because room was hot with the ac on, i killed 1 on the bathroom, pest controler need to go there more and close some rooms to clean next day each room sprayed.

After being told at check in that I needed a $100 cash deposit I declined and asked to cancel the reservation. It was around 1:30p and the reservation said I could do so until 6p. The clerk said I needed to call Booking.com (Horrible company. It's next to impossible to get a real person) so I finally got ahold of them. They told me they have no control over refunds but would email the hotel. Called the hotel. The clerk had me stay on the phone until he got the email.
