The front desk guy was really nice. The only thing I had a problem with is in the room on the wall behind the bed and also on the armchair there was mold and mildew
Overall my stay was great . The staff especially, Nina was very nice, sharing her stories 😊 My TV was giving me an issue and they were very prompt to fix the issue even late as it was. Went out of their way, as did maintenance coming to the room to help as well. Definitely staying here again.
DO NOT BOOK A RESERVATION WITH THIS HOTEL! I called on July 22, 2025, prior to making my reservation and told the gentleman that I would be arriving on August 3, 2025, at midnight and leaving next day. The person who I spoke to said that was fine to just call once reservation was made. I did just that and same gentleman said he put in the note and assured me there would be no issues. I just love that we were not even ten minutes from the airport. It's such a great location some businesses walking distance, great service from front desk😊🙏❤️
