WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE!!! This was an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience. A private argument occurred between my wife and me in the hotel lobby. While this was a personal family matter and culturally not unusual for us, the hotel staff chose to escalate the situation by calling the police instead of attempting any form of de-escalation or mediation. Hotel a 10min dal Pier di Santa Monica. Camera spaziosa e funzionale. La colazione è un po’ limitata ma c’è tutto l’occorrente. Ottimo il parcheggio coperto a pagamento (11$). Personale gentile.

I really wanted to enjoy my stay since the location is quite good. My check in experience was good.Unfortunately the room was disgusting no, sheets on one bed, disgusting stains all over it. Open the door to go to the balcony.And there's dead cockroaches all over. Still i generally was trying to appreciate the place. What truly disappointed me the most was i've waited more than five days to receive my deposit back. The staff is friendly. Ice and drinking water are provided. It is convenient because there is a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine in the room. There is a bus stop nearby, so it is easy to go outside.

Frühstück ist eine Zumutung und Frühstück. Kaffee und verpackte Müsliriegel gibt es. Guten Appetit. Kein Wunder, dass nur 2 kleine Tische mit 4 Stühlen im Frühstückraum stehen.
