The room is in horrible shape and didn't have the mini fridge, microwave, the coffee machine is broken. The pool that's the whole reason we rented the room is closed even tho it's the middle of summer and when we booked it says it's open. Have had to have 3 convos with staff to try and get the basic amenities that are supposed to already be in the room. Damage to the entire property from lobby to the other buildings the the sidewalks. The location is quite decent in the Main Street of Santa Fe’s business district, and the price is inexpensive. Those are the only good things I can say about this place. The hotel is so dirty, shabby, and poorly maintained that I strongly suggest AGAINST staying there. July 2025 Stay This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First and most serious: A guest walked into my room while I was completely naked getting out of the shower because the front desk gave them a key to my room by mistake. This is a massive privacy and safety violation. This place needs an extreme facelift, it is not at all like the pictures. Beds were comfortable, as hotel beds should be. Walls need painted or at least cleaned. Shower needs the hair removed from the drain, needs a new shower curtain and a rod that holds it at the correct level. Toilet seat needs tightened. Not a great part of town. Front desk people were nice.

Hotel and room was dated, despite room being “remodeled.” Mattress should’ve been replaced a long time ago! Pool was drained, this was in July. Was just disappointed for the value.
