We had two rooms booked between our family and both rooms were absolutely horrendous. I will NEVER stay here again. Dirty rooms; the floors turned our kids feet black, the sheets were stained, the door to the bathroom was all ripped up, there were bugs in the bathroom, the shower looked absolutely disgusting. Felt so dirty staying in this room, and on top of that couldn't even shower because of how disgusting it was. Checked into this place and checked right back out within an hour — that should tell you everything. The room was beyond dirty. Floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in years, with visible buildup and debris. The shower? Honestly felt like you’d want to be fully vaccinated before even thinking about stepping in. Bed sheets were clearly not changed — we found fresh lipstick stains and even peanut shells still in the bed. Mold in the shower, shoddy repairs, the worst “breakfast” I have ever seen. Check-in desk person was great. The printer didn’t work so check-in took much longer than usual. There are other hotels on either side and I wish I had chosen one of them.
