Ugh! Welp we went a group of us, a really good amount of us for traveling tournament for baseball and the age group was 11u and 16u. We didn’t have any problems as much if any as the younger group had. They had problems everyday which shouldn’t be when you run a place like that. People pay a lot of money (especially there) it ain’t worth it, but you expect a certain level of satisfaction but there was none. Hotel and pool, is dirty and smells bad! And the cable sucks, can’t connect fire stick. Also the side entrance to the hotel by the room is not locked. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!
The staff was nice but the service was not great. We were told since covid, they no longer come in and clean the whole room everyday. If we needed something like towels or bedding, to put it on a checklist they gave us to hang in the doorknob and to be specific and they would get it for us and leave any dirty towels or garbage outside the room and they would pick it up. The place looks like a dumpster. Rooms smell like humidity, mine started having a leak on my last day, on top of the WC so I had to keep drying it whenever I needed to use the bathroom. Fridge was super noise. The keys constantly stop working, and each time you have to go to front desk. The staff isn’t welcoming at all. Asked if they could help me call a cab, since uber and Lyft were unavailable; they didn’t help. Filthy! They didn’t collect or replenish towels at all during week unless you put a form on your door and half the time they didn’t have enough towels to replenish. Rooms were filthy, manager/owner was extremely rude. The bar is not there, it’s a run down dump!!
