The staff was nice but the service was not great. We were told since covid, they no longer come in and clean the whole room everyday. If we needed something like towels or bedding, to put it on a checklist they gave us to hang in the doorknob and to be specific and they would get it for us and leave any dirty towels or garbage outside the room and they would pick it up. The place looks like a dumpster. Rooms smell like humidity, mine started having a leak on my last day, on top of the WC so I had to keep drying it whenever I needed to use the bathroom. Fridge was super noise. The keys constantly stop working, and each time you have to go to front desk. The staff isn’t welcoming at all. Asked if they could help me call a cab, since uber and Lyft were unavailable; they didn’t help. Filthy! They didn’t collect or replenish towels at all during week unless you put a form on your door and half the time they didn’t have enough towels to replenish. Rooms were filthy, manager/owner was extremely rude. The bar is not there, it’s a run down dump!!

WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE. I left this hotel feeling disgusting and mortified. Where to even begin. In all of my years this is hands down the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. Yes I’m aware I said motel, it’s not a hotel. Arrived late to my room after leaving cedar point, awoke in the morning to find everything you will see in the pictures below. **One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I've Ever Had – Avoid at All Costs** The hotel does not have an elevator and expected us to carry our luggage using stairs to second floor. I’ve never heard of a hotel not having an elevator. I rarely write reviews, but this place was so awful that I feel obligated to warn others.
