It was the worst experience ever. It ruined our whole trip. They took advantage of the fact we were traveling with a 3 year old and accused him of breaking a glass picture and 2 beds. They charged me several hundred dollars and called over 6 hours later to tell me. When I tried to have a conversation about it,I was told by the general manager "Too bad, we have pictures" Nevermind that if my son had broken a glass picture he would have had cuts and injuries.
