No hicieron el servicio a cuarto, el piso del baño sucio, salimos temprano y al regresar las camas sin recoger, la basura en los botes , quisimos prender la televisión y no encendía tratamos de comunicarnos a recepción para que nos orientaran en este aspecto y nunca contestaron, tuvimos que ir a recepción y la persona molesta fue a la habitación y enfadado nos dijo que teníamos que prender un suiche ( que ni sabíamos que ese era un suiche y que se usaba para prender la televisión ), definitivamente muuyy mala experiencia y a... read more

Pictures are extremely misleading, and room quality was subpar. Room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana, despite requesting a nonsmoking room. Says breakfast is available, but lobby remained locked at all times, so again misleading.

While traveling around many countries, this is the first hotel where I bought and sprayed air freshener with my own hands. The smell of cigarettes permeated the room and it was so bad, the refrigerator was not cleaned at all, the bathroom tiles were broken, and I had to wait a long time to use hot water. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The exterior walls and hallways are not finished, so the cement is exposed.
