As we were driving into New Mexico ,we got the flood watch on Thursday, July 17th. We called to see if we could cancel and get a refund seeing as how the town had flooded a week before we didn't want to risk it with our family. We had booked through Expedia,but Days Inn refused to give us a refund. So we were expected to show up during a flood watch. Overnight they got flooded. Disappointed.

The room was dirty, starting from bedding, stained towels and surfaces, ending with wet, sticky and obviously still dirty floors. The AC was so loud we couldn’t use it at night. The worst part was the shower cabin which wasn’t designed for being used at all and when I tried to take the shower, it started overflowing so fast that I wasn’t able to use it at all. Otherwise, the bathroom would get flooded. Overall experience is disappointing, would not recommend this place.
For the price of one night stay was very disappointing. The room was hot and air-conditioner was so loud we couldn't sleep. The service was minimal for the price. The pool room had ceiling falling in over the pool and hot tub. Not safe.
