$111 a night and there was no hot water in the shower. Tepid, Luke warm at best, like being the last sibling to get a bath in a house with a small water heater Luke warm. Just a terrible rip off

Very rude staff!! Tried celebrating an innocent birthday party with my friends when it was 2 adults, 6 kids/teens. We booked a night because we thought it would be fun but we were greeted by disrespectful and rude staff who threatened to kick us out when they messed up. The pool here is a SAFETY HAZARD, on the second floor leading down the stairs in the pool area is all cracked flooring which is not only sharp on feet and was cutting them up but right next to the stairs where someone couldve easily slipped! I made reservations for 2 rooms each room would be 1 adult nd 3 kids the reservations were for 2 adults per room so I couldnt check in hd to call n hve it modified charged me $10 per room for teens under 18, my 17yr old and her friends wanted to go swimming but was kicked out of the pool cuz their was more then 6 only the ones staying could swim the pool was not being used by anyone else, the stair cse smelled of pot this morning the desk clerk was very rude.
