Very sketchy area. As soon as we arrived there was so many homeless people roaming inside the property. The halls smelled like urine and the room smelled like smoke. The room looked dirty and very old. If I could give a zero I would. Not family friendly at all. Don’t waste your money in this hotel ! They also asked for a 100 dollar deposit and scanned our credit card when we had already paid online and paid the deposit in cash

It's a rough area not gonna lie, a lot of drugs and a lot of the homeless in and out of the property. There's a few different people working the front desk.... A couple are really cool the others... Not so much. Don't show up to check in late at night because you will be waiting forever at the window. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if u have children, I mean there is a pool for them to play in but there's really nothing else for them to do.... As soon as I walked into the room I was greeted by roaches. I had to pee and used the toilet and it was clogged. So I went downstairs to complain and get my money back. But I couldnt get my money back cause I used a card. But I was hoping to get my $100 deposit back so I can go get another room somewhere else, but I was told I can get my deposit back after 8am. I booked for today August 29,2025 I saw a bunch of homeless and junkies smoking some meth outside the room on first floor also in the parking area in the lady in the front desk even acknowledged it . I decided not to stay , I’m trying to get my refund now because I booked it in super.com a third party..
