Place looked abandoned. Was told by people to never stay there but only hotel in Renfrew. I am very disappointed at what our stay was like last night. Bed Bugs, Mold and white slime on the floor. I would’ve slept in the Wilderness and it would’ve been cleaner. DON’T STAY HERE!

Andrew at the front desk is 5 stars. Went above and beyond to help us. Great, great customer service experience.
Food is phenomenal! Our waitress Olivis was very attentive and friendly . The wings were amazing ! Great portion sizes . Was not fond of the music , made me want to eat and run. 10 star on the food and service.
