Everyone who works there was a pleasure to interface with. Room was clean and convenient and the location just outside of Atherton was perfect for my stay! Prices were reasonable. I would definitely stay there again!
Broken security bolt, broken room light, no shampoo or body wash. Here three nights, none of these things have been fixed despite telling them on the first morning. They did replace the empty shampoo bottle with another full bottle of conditioner though.
You can tell that this location is under a transition period. The prior photos and pictures are not accurate but... when you look up hotels around here...160ish a night...72ish a night....270ish a night. I am solidly here for the 160sh a night. The family and employees here...they have been busting their asses trying to get the place looking nice. I checked in on Monday...Monday and Tuesday there was a lot of pressure washing and gardening going on. They got the pool up and running before I arrived. Nice pool. I did have one... read more
