Stayed here for around 3 weeks and the staff was very accommodating. The manager went out of his way to actually get to know you personally because I was a weekly stay over!! I highly recommend if you get stuck between Lafayette and Lake Charles. Only downfalls are the breakfast and pool! But still highly recommended!!
The carpet smell really old. We woke up the next morning. My daughter had bites on her. Also the AC didn’t work in our room. We were hot all night for $164. It is not worth it. I felt disgusted, but we restrained from the flood that took place in the area and couldn’t get to our vehicle so we had to spend the night never again. Also, there was a man screaming half the night and people were running down the halls and slamming the doors😳
Found a used needle in room. I have small children that could have messed with it. Room was not so bad until I found that. Extremely pissed for this hotel risking the safety of small children by not properly cleaning room. The response from front desk is just I’m sorry and a i don’t know what you want from me attitude. This is unacceptable
No elevators
Poor everything. Travel this route a lot. Will not be staying here again.
