They put lipstick on a pig with this motel and charged $140? The only thing that makes this a Wyndham is the sign out front - nothing else. Clean lobby but rooms are trash. Old water damaged drywall that’s been painted over. Triple the amount of caulking around the toilet. The TV didn’t work. No freezer in the fridge. The faucet handle was extremely loose. Wall paint on the bathroom ceiling and floor. No breakfast.
We are not one to complain, and we have stayed in multiple hotels that were on the cheaper side and they were perfectly fine. Upon arrival we were assigned a room. When we entered the room, it hadn't even been touched by house keeping. The room was trashed. We let the front desk know, he assigned us another room. When we entered that room, the toilet was clogged and the room was dirty, crumbs in the floor, dirty surfaces, etc. We ended up having to stay at the hotel next door. Most horrible place I've ever stayed! We arrived and had reservations for our entire wedding party and they did not have rooms ready, had to go around to every room and see if some were available AND was told we may have to go somewhere else at 0930 pm the night before our wedding. They finally found rooms. Two needed to be cleaned. The first took the guy 10 minutes. Probably not a great clean and when something was said, the next took an hour.
