Room was nice, beds were comfy. Outdoor pool needed cleaning and was dirty.
If I could give this place a negative star I would the dirtiest place I’ve ever been. My family and I check out within 5min of seeing the rooms. There’s mold in the bathrooms looks like it hasn’t been cleaned at all. The ceilings look like they’re falling in the door is coming apart. Nothing like the pictures on line
Our room smelled like damp cigarette smoke. Room out dated, cigarette burns on vanity. Room has several flys in it, spider in bathtub. Beds uncomfortable. Ice machine broken. Had to ask front desk for coffee and cups. Room didn’t get very cool. Lamp shades and pictures had a layer of dust and cob webs inside the shades. Nothing felt clean. Everything looked worn and dilapidated. Left after 1 night, forfeited 2nd night due to booking 3rd party so no refund. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. My boyfriend and I stayed there and was supposed to have a King size bed upon arriving we was told none of the kings were clean and asked if we would be ok with a double queen size bed. Not a big deal so ok. Except they were both full size beds, sheets and towels were stained. Then at 10:15 am an employee walks in my room sees me sitting there goes back out and knocks and ask what time I’m going to check out I told him 11 AM.
