I haven’t had such a bad hotel experience in a few years and I travel for business all the time. This time was a family vacation to CA and 1) I paid online and then he charged me a second time when it should have been just a deposit, 2) when I got to the room, my window that was accessible to the front walkway was broken and I have to find a dowel to secure the window, 3) then when I had to climb into bed I found out that the bed sheets were all stained on my bed and my kids sheets. This property is a rare find nowadays. Building is so old and paint peels off, wood of the structure is exposed. I don't feel safe at all within the property after dark. The property site says 24/7 staff on site. So accurate that staff is on site only but no service is provided. The overnight staff's job is sitting there and scroll on her phone. Breakfast is so limited with choices: dry sliced bread, bagels, 2 kinds of cereals, 1 gallon of milk and 1 gallon of juice The only good thing about this property is located near lot... read more
Bath towels Are not available, cleanliness is ok , room services is not on point I don’t understand if we are paying why services are not good… very very disappointing.
