At check-in, the receptionist was genuinely kind and tried to help, but the stay was unacceptable. We were moved through two different rooms and both were dirty. The first had foul-smelling sheets and a bathroom with hair and trash. The second wasn’t even cleaned, bed unmade and used cups left out. The third still had dirty floors. El servicio del personal fue amable y la estancia, en general, fue cómoda. La alberca estaba muy limpia y las instalaciones son agradables. Sin embargo, tuve dos problemas que considero importantes y que el hotel debería atender. El primero es que hice mi reservación en línea porque la descripción indicaba que la habitación tenía 3 recámaras. Al llegar, me informaron que el hotel no cuenta con ninguna habitación de ese tipo y que probablemente la información de su sitio web no está actualizada. Esto resulta muy decepcionante... read more

Our family loves to stay at this hotel when we come visit piedras but this weekend was very disappointing. The hot water did not work after calling the front desk and personally telling the front desk all they said was it should be working in 15 min and nothing. Not happy with my stay this time.
