My fiancée called to book a room for the night (we are traveling) and the man who answered the phone asked my partner if she was coming with her boyfriend without being aware I was listening or even existed. My fiancée never disclosed information about me, so the question from the worker came completely out of nowhere and shocked me. I told him I’d be reporting him to his manager. Front desk staff (“Nina”) proved to be a hassle for nearly a half hour after paying for early check in. Was finally checked into our room after calling the owner. Room’s TV AND AC unit was broken. Electrical tape trying to save the TV. Only positive about this experience had been the maintenance man who kindly swapped us rooms to something acceptable. Would not recommend.
