This place is being rebuilt it was condemned. So it will be a while b4 it's operational.
They had a fire recently, and my room was cancelled without informing me. Calling the help line was a terrible experience requiring me to explain my situation to 3 separate call takers, with me ultimately giving up and finding another hotel provider. Won't try to book with Wyndham again.
Arrived to check in on Friday evening to a note on the empty office that they weren't even open! We got an email confirming our stay just two days earlier, but no notice they'd been temporarily closed for weeks! We had to scramble to find a room elsewhere on a very busy weekend! Still hoping to get our money back!
I would give this hotel a 0 if I could. Starting from checking in and being told there is no hot water. Would have expected a phone call or email prior to my check in so I could have made different arrangements. The bathroom was unclean and so small that when you opened the door it couldn’t open all the way because it hit the toilet. The toilet had a metal flush like in a public washroom. So their boiler must have had a issue and my husband was called hours before his arrival. They had had not hot water for a few days. We should have been called the day beforehand to give us a choice. My husband had to book another hotel last minute and they had already pulled the money for his stay. Now that money is tied up until it's returned to our account in which can take 7 business day's.
