Very busy place staff do their best to make everyone feel at home Well ive never had to take back a good review before this is a first. Since i gave the great review a couple months ago these guys have seriously gone down hill. Ive stayed there almost every weekend the past month and every time the room has no wash cloths, i guess they expect you to use their liquid soap with your hands to shower, each time they appologize claiming they ran out, well no reason you cant buy washcloths in over a month. Not the best hotel we have stayed in. I think it's more of a place for people who are on a very fixed income. It seemed to be family's living there. The two elevators were out of service. It was a hard climb with a very large hockey goalie bag to the 5th floor. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Dont bother calling. The lady on the phone who calls herself “Sherly” is extremely rude and requires extensive HR training.
Paid total $266.07 for this hotel for 1 night, floors were dirty , rooms could have been cleaner . carpets were stained and smelled bad. very sketchy area with homeless people and drug addicts not good for a family. staff were nice and good to deal with.
Не советую это место людям которые хотят тишины, до 2 ночи а коридорах громкие крики, разговоры,а также по коридорам ночью гуляют с детьми, лифт плохо работают,и все время в них катаются дети
