I booked Days Inn by Wyndham Ottawa West well in advance, but my reservation was suddenly cancelled just one week before my arrival. This caused a lot of inconvenience since I had to find another hotel at the last minute — and prices were much higher by then. No explanation or compensation was offered by the hotel, which is really disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be booking with this property again.
If I could give this place a 0 star... I would! This could be the worst place I have EVER stayed at!!! And Manager??? What Manager??? Asked to speak to someone several times due to our stay and was told no one was available. When I asked for a contact name was told... "well that changes" WHAT???? What does that even mean?!?!?!?! Very disgusting place. Don't believe me.... check out the reviews on their actual website!
This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. There was no hot water available, the toilet was broken, and overall the facilities were in terrible condition. After just one night of staying here, I woke up with multiple painful and itchy bites on my arm (see photo attached). I honestly regret booking this place and would never recommend it to anyone.
I finish my tuff day and came to hotel, it smells like garbage also no hot water front desk told me that they have some problem and they don't know when it will restore, Even if, any one get this for free don't take it.
