The website is all BS. There is no breakfast, the staff are incompetent, kids ripped my bike to shreds, the wifi is so incredibly bad. Like I can’t even stay connected to it for more the 5 mins and when I am on it, there is either no wifi connection or it’s not fast enough to load a single YouTube short in less then 2 minutes. The AC doesn’t work, the rooms smell like MOLD and trash, there is garbage in the halls, they never have towels or toilet paper, there is kids yelling in the halls almost 24/7 and the staff don’t help ... read more
A reservation had been made through Expedia without my knowledge or approval. My information got leaked somehow. Hôtel charged me even though I never stayed there nor made the reservation. Hotel refused to send me a refund. They even told me that nobody showed up for the reservation to which I replied no, as I did not make the reservation there and was in another province at the same time. Would not recommend this hotel nor will I ever be staying there. I’d recommend to never stay there
Enough free parking Handicap friendly Busy location Clean rooms, enough water pressure from the shower, no soap at the sink, only bottles shampoo and body wash.
Never ever stay here not a hotel temp housing the smell is unbearable
I think it appalling that the present owners have changed the use of this facility to mostly accommodate homeless or otherwise government (tax payer) funded programs and especially not notifying potential customers. The property will undoubtedly in a short space of time become basically uninhabitable. As it is now one elevator has been useless for some time and the second in need of tlc. There are also unsupervised children running amok in common areas. Not suitable place to recoup and be ready for the next day
