This hotel has extremely poor management and customer service, and I intend to file a complaint against them. I booked accommodations for the Christmas holiday, only for them to suddenly email us on December 20th stating they had canceled our reservation. This caused us to miss out on booking other cost-effective accommodations, we could have easily secured a hotel at a better price. We are now forced to spend hundreds of extra dollars to hastily choose another hotel.

cancelled our reservation for new year’s eve one week in advance, saying they are undergoing renovations. absolutely no notice and now we are left scrambling to find somewhere else to stay where there will be higher rates. terrible service.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. My room was not clean. Carpet was dirty and there were broken wires on floor. No microoven in room. No drinking water. Chair provided was not working. Seems no maintenance of rooms and hotel. Only good thing is location , close to restaurants and loblaws store.

I stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndam for four nights in a recent work trip to Ottawa. On the second night I found cockroaches in my room. I confronted the staff about the incident and they implied that there was nothing they could do about it and that I just had to deal with it myself. For obvious reasons, I did not sleep that night. When requesting a partial refund for the trip, they property management said no because I didn’t take any pictures of the cockroaches in my room.
