Checked in today young lady by the name of Lily done an amazing job upon check-in very informative amazing job rooms were excellent very clean location is not too bad all in all if you're looking for a decent place to stay I would definitely recommend
The room was very clean and the location is perfect for it is right off the highway. There is a restaurant on site and the Chinese food was very good.
The young lady who took over the shift after we checked in saved the experience. The young man who checked us in should be retrained or let go. His standard answer to my questions and the next 3 customers he spoke with was 'I don't know '. No I'll find out for you or anything else. Just an abrupt I don't know. He was very unhelpful and doesn't seem to know how your system works, what texts your system sends, whether or not the restaurant provides room service and how a person applies to work at this hotel.
