45 minute check in. 1 overworked woman at the desk. Hot water not working. Limited breakfast options. The staff were helpful and pleasant. If you don't expect much it's a good cheap room in downtown Orlando with a comfortable bed.

The room needs an upgrade and deep cleaning there was no microwave the fridge did not work but other wise that Kevin was great you need more staff like him he tried his best but there's not much he can do without help

This place SUCKS! I want a refund! I reserved a king size room for one night a week before I checked in. When I arrived I was told they had sold out of their kong rooms despite my reservation. They gave me a room with 1 full size bed. Later that night I went to take a shower and there is no hot water! The front desk said they haven't had hot water in a long time. No one mentioned this to me at checkout otherwise I would have immediately found another hotel. There's also a dead cockroach on the floor.

Came to stay Friday night. They didn’t even let us know at check in there’s no hot water, I found out personally. First tried to give me $15 to compensate for no hot water when I booked to stay till Monday… just curious how does a hotel not have hot water for over a week?? And don’t you need hot water to clean the bedding? Disgusting.
