Needed a hotel while traveling through the area and saw they had plenty of availability on their website and other booking sites but decided to wait and book onsite since we were close. Arrived and asked for a room and the attended just said no. I said you don't have any available? He fake checked his computer which was off and told me no again with no explanation. The service at this hotel was horrible. At checkout I realized that i left something in the room. So i took my bags to the truck and came back to get a key because i left mine sitting on the bed for them to retrieve. I had to wait an extensive time and on top of that when she came down she was very rude and immediately started saying i will charge you $5 if you ask for another key because she was frustrated that she had to come dow and give me a key.
