Stayed for 2 nights. Room was nice, customer service not so much. We booked through booking.com and when making our deposit was charged the regular amount. Then, when looking at our bank statements, saw that there was a pending of $200 charge again for our stay. Went to resolve the issue immediately and the lady at the desk said that she was able to refund it. The beds were very comfortable. I wanted to say something nice before i said bad things. Most of the staff were friendly. The breakfast was just snacks but still something. They weren't bad snacks but no breakfast food. They only have one saff member at night. If you need anything of have something going on to where you need a staff member you either have to go down there and get whatever or i guess if something is going on in your room, you are probably SOL. Carrie was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond her service, we will definitely be back again
The guest service was excellent customer service the room nice and clean smell good didn't get to do that breakfast overall is a nice place to stay
