Arrived late(midnight). Front desk clerk was not friendly. A simple “Welcome in” and “Thank you” would have been enough. He wasn’t rude, but was not welcoming. Room was sufficient for an overnight stay but smelled musty. Entrance to hotel was challenging to find in the dark. It was loud due to the proximity to the interstate. The $230 one night stay was too much for these accommodations. Nothing that warrants a high recommendation.
**update** Since the owner hasn't contacted me. I told the front desk about this. I even offered to show the photos. No one wanted to listen to me so I posted them on your Google review. Shows how much you truly care. Oh and to top it off the sliding patio door doesn't close. Someone could of broke in or even worse... my child could of gotten hurt. I expect a full reimbursement & for all rooms to be up to standards and full inspection. No mother should have to worry about this kind of stuff. Okay its been going back and fort... read more
